At EY, I spearhead the Belgium EY wavespace team, leveraging deep expertise in corporate innovation to drive transformative outcomes for our clients. Through our specialized EY wavespace innovation center, we adopt a systematic "scan-focus-act" approach, delivered via tailored workshops, to effectively address and resolve complex business challenges.

As EY's Europe West Venturespace Lead, I excel in orchestrating open innovation projects, facilitating dynamic collaboration between startups and corporate clients. This includes overseeing Launchpad meet-ups, hackathons, internal startup incubation, and co-creation trajectories, fostering a vibrant ecosystem of innovation.

In my role with EYnovation, EY's startup network, I mentor startups and scale-ups, aiding them in achieving solution-market fit and advancing to their next funding stage. My support includes pitch training, working on investor readiness, organizing go-global trips to penetrate new markets, and facilitating strategic introductions to potential investors.
