I hold a Phd in Communication Studies and am currently working as Senior Researcher Interpersonal Relations in Organizations at Antwerp Management School, as a member of the research group "Next Generation Work". By engaging in research, teaching and implementation of scientific insights, I want to enable people to better connect to themselves, to each other and to the organization.
My interests and expertise include:
